Because of the redistricting, I have decided to drop out of the race for District 33 and have filed for the Texas Railroad Commission, a position that will allow me to fight against the damge being done to Texas by EPA and other Federal agencies through their arbitrary rule making and enforcement. I am a United States Air Force Vietnam Era veteran, who served as a Titan II Missile Technician. I started my civilian career as a computer programmer, developed a mainframe based software system that automated the development of business applications, and formed a company to continue development of that product and to serve Fortune 1000 / Fortune 500 companies throughout North America. I conducted many consulting and troubleshooting projects and maintained a reputation for being able to design systems solutions that had evaded others.

More recently, my efforts were focused on real estate investing, and the authoring of a book sharing some of that knowledge with others with similar aspirations. This placed me squarely in the path of the continuing economic catastrophe that I believe was caused by, and has been exascerbated by, actions of the Federal Government and collaborating quasi-government organizations and giant corporations that are connected to corrupt government officials in the highest offices.
A Christian conservative (with some libertarian leanings), I believe in God and Country, small government, and a free-enterprise system allowing the freedom to succeed or to fail based on one's own ability and efforts, without government intervention or over-regulation. I empathize with Americans who have been hurt by the current economic malaise because I am one! I have strong beliefs and positions on matters regarding our Constitution, capitalism, and our future. I am running in what is now described as “Texas Congressional District 33”, a new district created as a result of the 2010 Census. The final boundaries have yet to be settled because of a Court Challenge that could modify the lines radically. The ultimate decision could be made by the Supreme Court of the US.

REDISTRICTING
The courts have set down interim District Maps to modify the lines to favor Democrats. The boundaries of Congressional District 33 have changed. Our computer system is adjusting to the new lines and our campaign efforts continue mostly unaffected. Read this article to learn more about it.
